I would like to ask a question, is anyone involved with T cab? I would like to know how your hospital handles admissions at change of shift!! Like the admits from ER around 630am, 230pm, 1030pm & 630pm. These are very busy times, due to change of shift report, but it seems like the ER always brings these pts up at these particular times. We are starting the T CAB initiative & are looking into these times as "problem areas" & would like to know how other facilities handle these admissions. any comments would be appreciated Thanks cbj |
