Hi all, please can anyone help. I want to study and get a degree in nursing but have not got any gcse as i left school early. I am now 37 and no that time running out if i want to acheive a degree i have to start now as getting older very quick. I am a carer and have nvq 2 and hoping to start 3 soon.Is there any other way of getting into nursing or do i have to have the 5 gcses.thanks.Melly [/i][/b] |

Hi
Theres an access course that takes a year that you may have to take. I dont know wether your nvqs could cut that time shorter. Apart from that i think you should deffinetely do it. Ive just finished my degree in nursing and am in my first job. It is worth it. All the best
