Hi everybody! I just wanna ask if it's necessary to have clinical experience in working outside the country like in UAE, UK or USA. I'm a fresh graduate and just passed the Philippine Board Exam last July. I don't have any hospital experience yet but I really want to get In those countries I've said. Could anybody help me giving the full details about applying in your hospitals? I'm planning to apply directly, or do I need to have an agency? coz most of them required atleast two years experienced and demanding for an expensive charge. Hope you can help me about this.
