I've been an LVN working in Ortho/Trauma/Specialty Surgeries including Bariatrics for 5 years with 2 years of Pediatrics and Pedi Home Health in the middle. I've applied with American Mobile Nursing and Preferred Nursing and the recruiters have "guaranteed" I will be placed very quickly. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I've yet to hear from a hospital that has been sent my profile. Does my being an LVN make it harder to be placed? Or am I just being too anxious? I would really like to start working by mid April. In your recent opinion is this an average call-back time to expect? Thank you! Susan |

from what i hear texas is the biggest place to use LVN/LPN. i would honestly say go get your RN most will take your exp as an LPN in consideration and even if you travel a month after you get your RN (LIKE ME ) they will take you. |
