For all travelers: Stay away from Seaford, Delaware travel contracts. The er staff is fantastic, but the HR and administration of the facility specifically the ER admin. is less than loyal to its staff resulting in frequent turnovers and absenteeism. Partiality by ER admin. toward regular staff also creates difficulty for travelrs. Sad but true. There are no breaks and no lunches and no one in charge seems to notice that their staff becomes exhausted after 12 hours. And, don't call in sick or your contract will be immediately terminated even though you may be working for a full time staff member.
