It depends on what enviroment you want to work in. We don't consider Per Diem and PRN the same thing.
We offer Per Diem staffing for pediatric homecare, but they are not PRN. They are more steady shifts than PRN, which is just being called in or filling in here and there. Our Per Diem is steady work. |
