I've been a traveling nurse for years and I've been all over. There is one place I've never gone and that's New York City. I'm an OR nurse and I've been waiting for the perfect position to open up. Well, I've been talking with my recruiter for some time now and there are some great positions available in New York after the first of the year. The only thing is, the specialties they need are everything but OR....PACU, ICU, ER, L&D. I don't want to put off NYC much longer, but i'm nervous about trying another specialty. Should I branch out and try a new speciality or keep waiting for an OR position? Any advice is appreciated |
