NurseTV Casting Call – Help Change the Image of Nursing!

Begin submitting videos during Nurse Appreciation Week starting on May 6, 2008.

NurseTV is launching a nationally-syndicated television show in the fall of 2008 and we’re looking for nurses to be featured on the
program.

Are you an out-going and dynamic personality who takes pride in the profession of nursing? Want to show the nation what it means
to be a great nurse? Then grab a camcorder and create a video telling us why you should be the next NurseTV star!

Winners will be featured in a future NurseTV episode.

How to Enter:

1. Make a video demonstrating why you should be on NurseTV. Tell us about your nursing career, your volunteer work, your
memorable nursing moments, etc. Basically tell us why you rock as a nurse!

• Videos can be anywhere from 1-5 minutes in length. Any video shorter or longer will not be considered.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and a Registered Nurse to participate.
• The use of offensive/obscene language and/or actions is not permissible, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of NurseTV editors.

2. Register on NurseTV.com and upload your video to the Website. Without a profile, you will not be eligible to submit a video.

Prizes:

The winning nurse, chosen by our NurseTV editors, will star in a future NurseTV segment online.

All participants will receive a NurseTV shirt just for submitting a video.
